Essential Functions

  • Staffing and motivating Sales Team members.
  • Work closely with Salespersons and Customers to negotiate and close vehicle purchases.
  • Conducts daily "one-on-one" meetings with Salespersons.
  • Manage or participate in Sales meetings.
  • Attend weekly Management meetings.
  • Review inventory, CSI, and other weekly data.
  • Maintain an understanding regarding Internet pricing. Price vehicles to competitive standards set by the General Manager.
  • Working directly with the General Manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, and lease promotions.
  • Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of Automotive Dealership Sales or General Floor Management experience is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to apply basic math calculations to transactions and deals.
  • A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and weekends.

Location This position is located in Prince Frederick, MD.
